Do I need to remove the leveling Kit ????

My '07 shudders when in 4hi at around 30mph, otherwise fine. It did it after installing the 2.5" leveling kit. I rarely use 4wd, so I'm keeping the level. When I do use the 4wd, I'm usually going faster or slower than 30mph, so I don't notice it.

your shake is probably your cv axles at a higher angle. not a transfer case.

yah thats what i figured as well, whats the fix ? is there a fix? how much of a problem is it, I use 4x4 for a total of about 17 minutes a year

i live in minnesota and even during the summer months i put my truck into 4x4 at least 2 times a month to ensure when the winter months come im not scrambling to fix something that went wrong right when the snow hits. that way i have time to fix it.
i would try the alignment first and if that doesnt cure it your 2" is too high and maybe go down a step (if they make 1" or 1.5" level kits) no idea

other option is to talk to kore, they make a high angle cv joint for the inside of our half shafts, i think you can get them for around 600, its part of a kit but i know they sell just the joints also
