Default Do I need to remove the leveling Kit ????

Installed a 2" leveling kit today on my 06 1500. On the road test I popped it into 4x4 and it shook during acceleration. I never had the truck in 4x4 until this test so I am unaware if the shake was there before or if it is due to the leveling kit.

Should I uninstall the kit ??
How bad is the shake for the components ??

Did you get an alignment after the level install?

Get an alignment. During the alignment, have the mechanic check over everything. If it is still doing it afterward, then you have an issue.

Yep don't jump to conclusions until after the alignment, even a modest level kit throws the front end geometry out of whack...

I can see that the camber is way out , at highway speeds it is smooth no wobbles. Just when in 4x4 I know it os a known issue and I will reassess after the alignment. If the shake is there after all is aligned whats the solution ??

Pull the spacers. I dunno what the hell the difference is but some people with the '06+ coil over front 4x4s report terrible vibration issues after only a level while others don't get it at all. Hopefully the alignment will correct this...

I went and got a 4 wheel alignment done as well as had all 4 ball joints replaced (spicer greaseables). There is still a slight shake when in 4hi. I do not wanna remove the level because it looks good, what do you guys think about bringing the truck to a 4 wheel shop and see if they can adjust the transfer case at all ?
