Default rear shake

I have replaced rotors and pads all the way around, new calipers in the back, and had the front tires road force balanced. Yet i still have a pretty bad shake at anything above 45mph and it just started about a week and half ago. When i had the fronts balanced today they tried telling me the back tires were so jacked up they couldn't balance them. These rims and tires are only 3 months old. I plan on taking it to another tire place this week, i don't want to believe that my tires are already going to hell.

Or take the back tires and put them on the front and see if the vibes move or feel different

thanks for input i got under it last night and the u-joint back by the rear end has a little play in it. So i will be moving the fronts to back and back to front see if thats the issue or if its the u-join.

If the tires are that far out, you can try spinning them on the rim 180 and rebalancing. Sometimes that works too.

well today i put the backs on the front and fronts on the back. i checked all the tires for correct tire pressure and i still have the shake. I looked over the driveshaft and i don't see any weights missing so my guess is going with the u-joints. i will be taking it into the local 4x4 shop next week to get looked at because its driving me nutz.

well took the truck to the local 4x4 shop had a rear u-joint with 1 cap showing some wear, but overall not bad and certainly not bad enough to shake the truck like what i had going on. They suggested another tire place to have the tires balanced again. I had them pull all the wheel weights and they dismounted the tires and put some type of bebies in the tires to balance them. $120 bucks later and the shake is gone.

I put those little balancing bb's in my Harley tires and they work great. Any idea how much bb weight they put in each tire and where I can get them? I will try anything to get my shake between 64-72 mph to go away. It's right where you cruise on the highway and a pain in the a**!
