would airbags work? don't haul more than a couple sheets of plywood for my dad at a time so that's not an issue.

Dude I just installed these on my 2007 last weekend and it is exactly even, spot on actually. Did you do a wheel alignment? Because mine dropped almost 3/8" after alignment. Are you sure that you, or whom ever installed these has the snap ring all the way up? My buddy installed these on his 2006 truck a little over a month ago and his is level also. Both our trucks are Big Horn editions. They should level your truck out perfectly unless your springs are shorter for some reason, which I would find hard to believe. I know there are some slight differences between springs but shouldn't be 1 full inch. I would check to make sure the snap ring that holds the spring perch is all the way up.

i had thought about that too. i took it to a good shop locally. ofcourse i was a little leary that the suspension tech they had didn't speak english that well. but i made sure to explain were i wanted the snap ring to sit on the shock that i hadn't tried to put the spring back on. getting a bonus from work soon so i. probably gonna go to another shop that was suggested. sucked I couldn't do it myself so i knew that they were they way i wanted them but my dad was leary of how the spring compressors were bending so he made me stop. could you take a pic of yours so i can compare to how mine look? no i didn't do alignment yet. but it pulled more before i installed the shocks if that makes sense lol.

You say you have not done a alignment??? The shop that installed the shocks would have done that at the time they installed them for you. If they didn't you should be getting new tires, because installing these really puts the alignment out of wack. If the shocks are sitting on top of the perch correctly and the snap ring is at the top setting, the only other thing I could think of is that there is a extra leaf in the back? My last truck I ordered with a extra leaf, which lifted my rear and gave me more pay load. Did you buy this truck new? Count the leaves in the back there should be 4 leaves, if you have more then there is a added leaf.
Also where are you measuring from?

tried to get the same angle you have. didn't have the money at the time to do that alignment but it's next on the list. no didn't buy it new, got it this winter after i tore the transfer case up in my explorer (lil more snow that it could handle). just went out and counted the leafs after reading your post, only have 4. read on here before to measure from the bottom lip of the rim.
