Can you move the Speed sensor from one hub to the other, or do you have to spend the extra and get one with the speed sensor already installed?

@That1Guy. My front wheel is solid. I jacked it up and it didn't move, I tore it all the way down to the bare hub (Brake Disk off) and it was solid. It makes a ticking noise at one point in it's rotation, and with the design of the Hub/CV Shaft its hard to pin point the sound. I'm taking it to a few shops tonight and getting an expert opinion and a quote on fixing it. (y'all will probably hate me for saying this, but) If its the CV Shaft, it can wait a while, but if its the hub It needs to be replaced ASAP so my wheel doesn't fly off...

Well if you are feeling a thud through the drivers floor i'm sure its the hub. If it's in the wheel its probably the CV.

I got it checked out today, and it is the Hub. I bought a Hub on eBay for $75 from a Dodge Dealer in NC and they quoted me labor for $120. So i'm not coming out loosing too much money on this.

Did you get an ABS hub or non ABS to match your truck?

It looks like there's no ABS Sensor on the hub to begin with, which seems strange since its a Big Horn so I figured it would have 4 wheel ABS, so I ordered the non-ABS Hub.

Honestly, the easiest thing to do is call the dealer parts department and give them your vin. They will let you know if you do have a sensor or not. That is before you get your hands dirty.

My wheel bearings took me about 30-40 min. Each side. This is on a 4x4 dodge durango. I'm sure the 2-wheel Drive versions are easier. You don't have to deal with a cv axle.

I had to have the driver side wheel bearing replaced on my 07 / 4X4 / 1500 / Quad this past April with approximately 26K miles on the odometer. In my case, there was a very obvious grinding noise/feel, especially when making turns. I paid an independant shop around $400 for the repair. Also, just yesterday I had a failed front driver side strut replaced. This truck is killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
