faster?
Atwiss,
Trying to make trucks into performance vehicles is a tough nut to begin with. Trying to to do it with less than the top motor is an additional challenge that IMO you won't ever really over come. Good luck

yea I understand man, but theres not too much you can do to make the top speed faster as I dont know if they have a programmer for your truck. They used to have a v6 subsection but the mods canceled it
Your best bet is to get gears (4.56 probably) or even 4.88 if you dont do highway driving but they would make it go faster to whatever speed you are wanting to go

brother, i'd just leave it and enjoy it. ya it's slow but the money you spend trying to make it fast could be saved, invested in college, which will get you a good job so you can buy a new Ram. by the time you get out of college maybe we will find a giant oil field and big blocks will come back! so do you want to spend money to make your v6 just as fast as a 4.7 or would rather buy the new 2016 Ram with the resurrected 440 Hemi? LOL
and I am speaking from experience. I had a v6 dakota (which is less weight) that I spent thousands on and was about as fast even a bit slower than a 5.9 Dakota, sounded like a ricer, and still got spanked by mustangs. and than the truck got wrecked, left me bedridden, and didn't get any money back from the upgrades... all that work... wasted. and i wish i would have just spent the money on school since i'm hurting now. trust me. save it.
