its 08 does anyone know if they make headers for 08 4.7 cant seem to find them???

 

what size is the throttle body inlet. Trying to make my own CAI.

here the cortex has the same features as the 3865 flashpaq, the only diff is the cortes has a tranny warranty with it for the original owner of the truck....now the intake make your own unless you want a heatsheild and pretty looking intake than i would buy a mopar knock off like this...http://cpwstore.carpartswholesale.co...isting+Page:13 this should fit your 07 also as they only changed the front clip and inside of the truck....i have it and its sweet....

 

The last independent test that I saw, the Airaid CAI had the lowest intake air temp, but was still a little higher than the stock set-up. For the money, it is the best kit going. I just use the Airaid MIT pipe with a drop-in K&N filter in the stock air box. No annoying moaning but the same airflow. The stock intake is very efficient on the Ram. This is why there is no CAI tune for the trucks, only cars because there is very little flow increase and it doesn't lean out the mixture like it does on the cars. Mine runs the same with either to be honest. Not enough power difference to feel in the ole butt dyno. For the 08, I like the DSP tuner.

The 08 4.7L is a totally different animal than the 07 back.
