CAI = good idea, Superchips = good idea, TB spacer = crap. To answer the question, your intake roar goes up considerably, no codes though. Just make sure you don't over oil the filter, as you can suck some of it through and gunk up the sensor, then you might get a code.

If you do a programmer search, you will find boatloads of opinions on which programmer is better. The cortex is more for mileage, the flashpaq would be better for your 08 (and also includes some software extras). The DSP is good for loading custom tunes later on down the road, but there are some things it is not capable of that the Superchips is. I have a 3715 and intend to get a 3865 when the opportunity presents itself.

dido to the spacer, i bought one, installed it and took it off. no horsepower gains and it makes an annoying whistling sound. Also if you havent ordered yet, check out the afe intake, them make more power and in my opinion its higher quality.

Why not just make ur cai? pretty simple and save some bucks for another mod. As for tuner the diablosport trinity is prob the best but alot of $$$ I got the cortex and love it but Im sure the flashpaq is just as good, i believe they both do the exact same thing but im not %100. And dont get the spacer.
