You should have no problems. I believe the backspacing should be good to clear a 12" wide tire. And it seems to be about a 33" tire which actually came factory on the 20" rims.

Negative offset will push the tire out, positive will sit more into the wheel well. You may have a bit of a problem with that wheel and your control arm hitting.

Do you go off road at all? You are not going to have much flex or much sidewall with a 33" tire on a 20" wheel. You can forget airing down much...

Personally, I think 35s are too stuffed with just a level, even though they fit, there ain't much room for "nasty". Also, nobody who seriously drives off road does it on 20" wheels unless the tires are around 37" or taller. You have way too little sidewall. Off-road, it's all about flex and floatation and with no sidewall, you have neither.

On a 4x4, 20" or larger tires is a "looks" thing and a detriment to performance. If I could fit 'em around the calipers, I'd have 15" wheels...

I'm thinking +14mm might cause some clearance issues.

You ideally want between 4.25" and 4.75" backspacing with a 0 or negative offset especially for an A/T or M/T tire...
