Default Identify this part?

My dad owns an 03 Ram and just had some basic work done (oil change) and when he got home and opened the hood he found a part sitting on his radiator. The only number we can find on the part is "126AA". Anyone able to identify what it is? There's a picture below.

open your oil fill cap.It goes in there. It only fits one way,Down the tube. It's like a backsplash thing for the fill tube.My brother works at a mechanic shop and showed me this the last time I changed my oil.If you take it out when pouring oil in,It makes it alot faster going in.

That's most likely what it is. Thanks a lot for the help.

yep. goes under your oil cap and into the filler tube it goes.
it helps for oil splash not getting into your PCV valve.

all 4.7's and 3.7's WITH A PCV valve have one.
if there is no PCV valve on the filler tube there is no need for a splash gaurd.
