Isn't that a lot of knock? When I was reading about custom tuning a diablo predator they reminded everyone not to have more than 2 degrees knock retard show up on a tune. I've seen 4 degrees on my flashpaq. It's a 3865 for a 2004 ram 1500 hemi.
What other mods have you done to your truck? What tune are you running, and what octane fuel is in your truck? Where are you getting you gas (is it name brand or cheap stuff, there is a difference)?
I use the performance 91 tune with chevron 93 octane gas. I see it while moderately accelerating during normal driving. The truck is otherwise stock except for the tune. The knock retard in the flashpaq data logging menu didn't separate between the type of knock reading.

If you are getting KR during normal acceleration (Im getting the same) you are running to lean or creating a zero vaccuume senerio while accelerating, dont quite understand it myself but thats what I was told by someone who has been tuning these trucks for a while now. Adding a 180* T-Stat should help get rid of that KR though. I will be adding one in sometime this week (haven't had a chance to install it yet) to see if it gets rid of mine.
Keep in mind with SC you are using a general canned tune setup up for ALL trucks when not all trucks and engine are equal. They are similar but not equal. So it is possible for the same tune to perform better on one truck that then other, especially when other mods come into play.
Get custom tuned and see an entirely different side to your rig.
Saw similar, that's why Marty at KRC recommended I go to a 180* T-Stat. The tune set to performance combined with my other "breathing" mods were "band-aided" by the cooler stat to bring me back to spec...
