I know those I had that came with my truck where solid and not overlays because I had a small incident with the curb. You could tell they were not skins

The aluminum petals with clear coat are the wheel to have as you can polish them really nice and clear coat them again if that is what you want. I have never seen a newer wheel like my OEM 08's that were anything other than clad plastic. You can tap them an tell the clads from a solid wheel. they clean easily and look good IMO.

none of the 06-08 are real chrome. They clean up easy and the cladding holds up, but I had some crazy spider webbing around the cladding. There have been quite a few people with this.

It looks like jizz on the lips of your rims.

Those are referred to as Petals, yours look like plastic clad. As previously stated, tap on them and you can tell.

No those are solid, they just need to be polished up and clear coated again (or just polish them and maintain them).
