when yu bent the prongs, how high did the white piece come up? if your saying you never had this problem, your white piece must be sitting pretty low now...i bent the prongs so the piece wouldnt come out, but it still comes up as high as it can without coming out

I did everything shown above and i still have the same problem. It is intermittent and seems to be a loose connection somewhere. When i tested the switch prior to reassembling, it worked fine. When i put it all back together... nothing! I wiggled the harness and it worked again. It seems that it could be the connector on the circuit board. Maybe the connector has a bad connection where it attaches to the board. The wiring side of the harness appears to be in good condition and has no signs of corrosion or bad connection. I even put dielectric grease on the plug and used a screw driver to close the female terminals for a tighter connection onto the switch. Any other suggestions? Besides buying a new switch lol.

Default Power window lock bypass

Try what I said above " bypass power window lock switch by jumpering between tan 12V power wire on Connector 1 and large yellow power wire on connector 2. "

I like your idea... There is really no reason i would ever need to lock my windows. I might give it a try. What is the best way to jump these wires? Could you use those easy splice connecters that you just push onto the wires, then put a short wire between them? Any other suggestions?

Yes this will work. Recommend similar wire gauge to the tan and large yellow wires for jumper wire. Real easy fix.
