How do i manually put the window back up till i can get it fixed? need help ASAP!!!

 

its a 2006 2500 4 dr.

 

Going to have to take the door panels off and tape her up.

Ususally there are a couple screws on different spots around the door. Sometimes they use different methods of hiding them.

Sometimes you can put a block of wood or something in place to hold it up, but tape usually works best -- sucks to have to take it back off.

Can you see any of the window? Did you check your fuses? Did you hear any breaking noises or did it slide down into the door?

 

i got it held up with a pair if vise grips. thanks. i think it needs a new motor/regulator. all fuses and electric are fine

 

test for power at the actuator switch to make sure all your wiring is ok.
