Transmission fluid at 75K

I'd do a partial drop and drain.
Drop the pan, change both filters (the flat 4x4 filter is different to a 2wd) and top back up with fresh fluid.
It only gets half a fluid change that way, but helps in not "shocking" the tranny so to speak.
Then, keep up with the maintenance. I did mine at 73K with no problems.

As Duroc says......but I got 9 quarts just to be on the safe side.
There are two fliters.
A large flat filter, which has a small bolt fixing it internally to the transmission. BE CAREFUL when retightening this, as it's EASY to strip the threads
As are the main transmission sump pan bolts and threads.
I'll say it again.........be VERY carefull when removing and retightening all these bolts, in the soft aluminium!
The second filter, is a cartridge spin on type. Just like your engine oil filter.
Tighten it to just starting to get tight.....then a half to three quarter turn from there. Just like your eninge oil filter again.
Hope this helps and good luck.

PS......get plenty of newspapers put down on your driveway if doing this at home.
You'll need them lol.
