Default Water In Foglight

I've got water in the passenger's side foglight assembly on my 2005 Ram. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I recently changed the bulbs, but I'm pretty certain that I seated them correctly when I installed them.

It is water or condensation?

It's actually about 7mm of water collecting in the housing.

Drill a small hole in the bottom of it to let built up water out and prevent condensation

When I was getting into doing HID retros I read on several boards where when guys were putting them lights back together they sometimes would fog. But by "venting" the housings it would allow air flow and the air inside the housing to cool down with the air outside the housing and not build moisture

Wouldn't it get all sorts of dust and crap in there?
Maybe a little piece of foam over the hole would keep the lenses clean and allow breathing?

I recently changed out my tail lights and had water in one the next day after a rainstorm. I took apart and used an air hose to blow it out and let it dry. I installed it again paying close attention to make sure everything was seated correctly....No water in it since. Maybe just try again.
