Three (or even a few dozen for that matter) would be considered VERY rare, so I doubt you could go after Dodge. I would think if you had any leg to stand on here, it would be for the failure of the dealership to repair the problem under warranty the first time you brought it in, assuming you were still under your 3/36. I still dunno why you would let them get away with it then? At minimum, you should have exercised your right to bring a regional service rep in.
Something is missing here, though. A blown fuse box within warranty period with NO modifications done aftermarket to cause such a failure is automatically a no question warranty repair.

Oh, ok. I took your statement of "Dodge did not want to fix it" in your original post as they were denying you warranty coverage initially.

Usually a repair has a 1 year/12k mile warranty or remainder of factory warranty period (whichever is longer) on it if performed by a dealer, so be prepaired for the worst. But the process of having a rep there is the best shot you have. I'd plan on being there to speak to the rep personally if at all possible.

Lots of times they will deny a "number" but don't have the ***** to deny you coverage "face to face"...

Check your state Lemon Law. In my state there is no "set" number of times for a single repair, the wording is "if the problem is not remedied by the dealer in a reasonable number of attempts", however you may not put in a claim until it has been to the dealer for a total of 15 days or if it's been in three times for the same problem. Also in this state, Lemon Law is null and void 24 months after taking deliver of the vehicle...

Lots of useful information in this thread. I have had my 08 for about a year now (was a lease return) with 20k when I took delivery of it, and now 45k, no problems whatsoever knock on wood...
