thanks for all the input. I will get both fixed before alignment. First is the wheel bearing then the ball joint.

As we are still on the topic of suspension, I have one more question to ask. I would like to lift the truck in the near future and correct me if I'm wrong..... would it be the same by having a 2 inch body lift and a 2 inch suspension lift to gain 4 inches altogether or am I only going to add 2 inches of lift with more travel?
