Default Pacesetter Long tube headers install help

Looking for some advise from people who have installed long tubes on a Hemi 4x4 how hard was the install. Did you have to jack up the motor or can you just squeeze the long tubes with everything in place. Thanks

Just drop the old manifolds down and put the headers in place. Its is common to find loose or broken manifold bolts so beware. I replaced all my exhaust bolts with grade 8 bolts from Lowes BTW.

You need (17) 8mm-1.25x25mm bolts

Probably one of the easiest header installs. once you get the wheel well liner out, everything is right there in front of you...

Well then you prolly don't want to put these on either. My truck was only about 2 years old and had about 20k miles on it when I installed mine, and I still soaked the hell out of them the day before. I didn't have any break, but just about anybody with a Dodge anything who tried to take the exhaust manifold off a vehicle with any age on it has snapp-o'd a bolt or three...

david i have them on mine also. It's common for the one bolt hole on the header to not match up so be ready with a carbide bit to oval it out a little.

Rangstng: if your talking factory warranty you would void it. If your talking after market warranty it's possible it would cover it as i found a company that would cover everything on my truck to include lift and tires, but once they found out it had a salvage title that was a no go.

Agreed, doing something like this is begging the dealership to find a reason to void the warranrty

Doing anything past a cat back and a CIA is basically begging a dealer to find a reason to void a warranty, LOL...
