Ok so i have a problem.
The AC Circut on my truck Seems to be Stuck in the on postition
THe switch is off. no light, i can turn it on and the light comes on.
The ac pump has now froze up, and was melting the plastic on the ac clutch.
It is now disconected.
The AC fan also runs most of the time (its also now disconnected).
Not sure where to start.

AC worked fine and correctly september, when i last used it.

Sounds like one of your sensors mounted on the compressor has failed. So, not only will you need a new sensor or both, you'll need a new compressor since it's frozen up likely due to low oil in the refrigerant.
You may just be able to unplug it and it'll turn the fan off?

 

the ac pump is unplugged fan still turns on..
Ill look for a sensor on the pump.
