Recommended air pressure?
Not leaving the state of Florida, will be an eight hour trip.
Leaving out tomorrow and will not be back to the fourth.
Going to be checking air pressure tomorrow and would like to have any feedback on what you guys would recommend to set the air pressure at.

I know guys are gonna say "but the door panel say..." but the door panel assumes a stock size and load range tire...
the max psi on the tire is just a max rating the tire can handel with weight and temperature with out a failure, mine also have 80 psi rating on my ram but i only run 45 front, 40 rear (unless towing/heavyloaded) for my best results, but every truck is different, one good rule is, more psi= better mpg's, less traction, low psi= better traction lower mpg's but there is always the tire wear factor too...

Load range "E" tires, eh? I know people are gonna say this is high, but as a rule of thumb I keep my tires at 75-80% of the tire's recommended max pressure.
