As for those tires. you could do a 6" lift and almost any set of 35s or 36s although tire width and rim backspacing would be important to know. Again my tires are 12.50 wide and Im 1/4" away from my spindle. If my backspacing of the rim was different I would be further away and have the tires/rims sticking out more. But you can also add small rim spacers if you wanted or needed.
If you wanted to go higher for bigger tires then simply get some 2.5" daystar coil spacers for the front and 3" rear shackles for the rear. That wil get you a total of about 9" and you will be one step behind me

If you are trying to do a budget CAI you could do a PVC intake. But I don't think there is a huge notice in gains from one brand to another. So I would look at some ebay ones and put the money into another project.
