Can you wire fogs to stay on with Highbeams for '05?!

Mine turn off when the highs are on too.
It was a Canadian Spec truck until last summer, when the dealer changed it to a USA market truck with a DRB III interface. (looked like a ping-pong racket)
It had DRL's, and the fogs could stay on when the parking lights were on (as the DRL's would illuminate), but not when I switched on the highs.
Once the truck was "extradited", it disabled the DRL's.
