Sorry its been a long time and while lol. Well it all went in pretty easy. I bought front knuckles n calipers too. All bolt on too besides a little tweak to left front line. The rear I got lucky perch wise. Had a broken spring so replaced both sides leafs and notice whoever had truck before me lowered the rear via leafs. So I didn't have to weld or cut any perches off. They took main spring with the bushings and flipped it so it arcs opposite way then put the 2 other springs back normally. Reason for absolutely no rear suspension. Had to cut driveshaft down by 1.5in and get a spicer(dana) ujoint 5-648x. There's a cheap precision one from O'Reilly. Just have to cross reference the number. Its half the price. Other wise its a direct bolt on down to the parking cable. I took my old brake lines off my rear end and put them on the dana. They actually contoured to the shape of housing than the ones that came on the dana. Only problem now is, speedo is off and cruise control doesn't work past 55mph. Think reprogramming pcm to 4.10 will fix it. Hopefully. Seemed to eat gas a little more but probably cause hasn't been aligned yet. Threw it all on and drove it an hour to home. Well worth the upgrade though. Stomp on brakes and face tries to keep going. pics soon. Got into a grove and rhythm and forgot to take snap photos during it. Next project is to use $60 perches I bought by welding them in the top and welding some traction bars onto them. Gotta find use for them.
I tried swapping sensors to no use or change, still off by 3-5 mph. I know cause originally I was 70mph @ 1750 rpm. Now its a little under that and I feel slow. So I put speedo up to about 75 @ 1900 which sounds more right cause its just a tad taller gear.

Are you anywhere near MD? I have a DRBIII, that's how I fixed mine.

No. I live on the west coast. We know someone who has a computer in his trunk that can probably do it. I have to tell pcm its 4.10 axle ratio right?

Ratio and tire size; if it doesn't have your exact tire size, you have to enter (if it's a DRBIII) the equivalent revs/mile.
