I need help guys

I have the glass out, but not I need the rectangle piece that the glass sits in out. I am trying to piece two towing mirrors together. Any threads, pointers, or photos would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered a set for a Gen 2 and they looked 100% OEM just did not have the heat symbol on the glass.

cool i was wondering this to maybe put LEDs in there one day

 

Thing is, if you get the glass off you can run the necessary wires. You don't need to go through all this hassle.

I am piecing together another broken one I bought for cheap to try and recoup some funds.

I seen tow mirror replacement glass on Ebay the other day for anyone looking.
