Brush Gaurd

Since the frame stays put and the body is lifted, anything that mounts to the frame would sit as low as the amount of the body lift (in your case, 3").
Bracketry would have to be added/modified (which in many cases is not as strong as if mounting directly to the frame) or there would have to be some cutting of body pieces/bumper/etc...

My little brother had the same dilemma when he got his body lift. He already had the brush guard and winch, so the place who did his lift had to custom make two brackets to get the guard back on in the proper place. So the winch would still be able to support the weight of the truck, I think they used 3/8" steel plates to fab the brackets.
It took them two tries (had to machine a second set) even after careful measuring to get the guard to line up perfectly on the bumper and I wanna say they charged him right at $200 for the fabrication of the brackets. So it is do-able.
This is the only pic I have, look at the black brackets on the bottom of the uprights:
Here is a pic of mine to show you the stock brackets. You'll notice how mine are straight, but his custom fabricated ones are curved upright to compensate for his body lift.
BTW, unless you are wanting a black (powder coat) guard, pay a little more and get stainless steel as opposed to chrome. Our guards are both Warn, mine is 6 years old and still in perfect condition, his is 8 years old and the reason I have this pic is you'll notice the uprights aren't chrome like his hoops. That's because we had to remove them, sand blast them and color-match paint them last spring as the chrome was peeling right off and they were starting to rust out...
