What do u guys think (lift/tires)
Hey guys, havent posted on here in awhile, good to be back. Anyways,
I need new tires, and am probably gonna go with a set of Goodyear DuraTrac 285/70/R17's. With the new tires, i also wanna lift the truck a little bit, and have noticed alot of 2-3" torsion lift keys on the internet for around $150. Would also get a set of 2" blocks for the rear to maintain the rake look of the truck. What are some opinions on torsion key lifts? I just can't afford to spend close to $1,000 on a true suspension lift, i would have some explaining to do to the wife.
*Edit* I know this topic has been discussed in the past, but i couldnt seem to find anything real informative in a search on the topic, im probably doing something wrong tho*

Im not understand what your question is about the torsion keys. What do you mean optons? You buy some, crank the t-bars about 2" +/- while making sure the CV angle is not too great and get an alignment afterwards. Blocks for the rear are pretty straight forward. Is that what you are asking?
Be sure to take measurements and pic from before and after

keys work good but so does just turning up the stock bolts. they both do the same thing but will stiffen the ride a good bit.
id pick a different tire myself. thats a small suv tire. i have them on my 2001 wrangler and they work good but they have a really soft sidewall and dont hold up good on heavier trucks. even the e-load tire isnt very good on a big truck.

Not to double post but i think you misread. I wrote opinions not options.
