I just heard from him via PM. He's not been around the last couple weeks because he had a heart attack. I'm sure he's going through the usual take it easy, rest up, recovery phase of all this.

I'm sure he would appreciate the get well wishes and PM's from us here. If you get a chance post up, or send him a PM.

To ALL of you on the Forum......
This past 2 weeks have been a wide-open experience of realizing how simple life and living should be....
To just be brief, had bad pain, got pissed and went to the hospital, took me in, and dic somecutting...4 new gas lines and a bad idle... got home monday, being dumb, but getting better... but to be honest....my *** cant drive my truck or my scoot..... THAT HURTS>>>>>>>>

so what exacly went wrong??? bad arteries, high cholesteral. did u get jumped by a gang of naked women?

 

For what its worth... I have 3 older bro's...all had heart attacks in their 50's....
I eat well, am 5-11, 170....very active and thought i was in good shape...ignored the warnings, chest pain, breathing probs, thinkin it was gas...indigestion ....
Juts do this for yourselves... if your body dont feel right, and your doctor says, NBT..... keep pressing, till your sure....
My va doc, kept saying, "your whining" for 3 years.....I have been shot, stabbed, and throttled by the baddest, and Never, ever, had pain like that.....

It is true, heart probs ARE hereditary, and DO come from the family history in many cases...

Glad your back Guido, we can't afford to lose another wingnut. Glad your tune-up went well, did they wash your windshield too?

Did you ever have to deal with flight docs? These guys are babyin the s*** out of me and its annoying. Though some of the nurses look good unfortunately ENLISTED.

I've been in aerospace physiology for the past week and a half and i've learned far more about the human body than I want to know, I can't even "self-medicate" without a doc's approval. Was it this strict when you were in?
