but the abs wont be on and they still wont lock up? and on glare ice they should, no problem with no weight back there.
How do you know the rear ABS isnt on? Mine is rear ABS only. The pedal doesn't pulse and the light never comes on, but it works. On ice I can lock up the front very easily and the rear is always true. The rear brakes only do about 30% of the braking anyway.

Some trucks are like mine and only have rear ABS. Thats life. I dont care much for front ABS.
