Default Hemi cutting out under load

Well I fix one thing then another breaks... isn't that my luck?

So my 2005 Dodge Ram Hemi QC 4x4 is cutting out. It runs fine at idle and driving around in a neighborhood, but once you have to go up a hill or speed up a little on a main road it starts cutting out. It seems like maybe the throttle is fluctuating on its own like the fly by wire system is acting up or something like that. Its not a single cylinder miss, its much choppier than that. Feels just like the driver is letting on and off the pedal really fast. The longer you drive it, the worse it gets. Sometimes it will act totally fine for a minute, then go right back to acting up. Maybe a wire short? But where? No CEL, did the key trick thing and it just said 'done' then '--------' then back to '97750' (my mileage).

Does anyone have any ideas on what to do with this? Thanks in advance...

EDIT: Wanted to add in that while its cutting theres a whisshy noise under the hood everytime the rpms drop.. Like a turbo letting off.

Could be a fuel delivery problem? I suppose a turbo kind of noise could indicate a problem with the throttle body (like trying to pull air through a partially closed or fully closed throttle body) Im not exactly sure how those newer engines work, but maybe a Throttle Position Sensor?

TPS sensor maybe, or even your injectors could be clogged.

I don't think its fuel related since its so sporadic. Sometimes you can do a WOT run to 60 with no issues and others you wonder if it will make it up the hill at all when its just shaking and cutting out. If it was anything else I'd change the plug wires just to start, but I think the coils are good. I wish it would throw me a code

Im not all that mechanically inclined but that sounds exactly like what my sisters chevy was doing when her fuel pump when out. she could drive in town all day long and be fine but as soon as she put it under load going up a hill it would cut out and almost completely die.

I'm going to pull the throttle body and clean it then if it persists maybe have a dealer do diagnostics.. Am I doing the key trick wrong? or is there just no code?

So I did a medium amount of cleaning on the TB, followed the TSB, but I've heard some things about not shooting break cleaner into the TB so theres still a little bit of grunge. That seemed to make it alot better. I ran perfectly until it got fully warm then it stumbled a little under full throttle. Still can't figure out whats going on. I've been in tuners before and this is just like what they call 'fuel cut' or the computer cutting off the gas to protect the motor from something, but what? Still no CEL.

I had a chrysler act this way and it threw a code for the cam positioning sensor. I replaced it and all was good.
