I have already asked on other forums but here it is again.

I have an 07 Ram Hemi 4 x 4 1500 that has an unusual problem. Currently it the cruise control works randomly. This however is only a minor problem, the major problem is that when the cruise control is not working the 4x4 will not work. You can always hear the electric solenoid on the transfer case shift, but when the cruise control doesn't work the solenoid on the front axel does not shift. When one works they both works. I have checked for engine codes and none are showing. I have also checked most of the connectors on the truck for corrosion. Any help would be appreciated. Right now I am thinking it might be the computer.

On the 03's its a corrosion issue in the fusebox. I doused my fusebox in electrical cleaner and it made an improvement. Might be worth a shot?
