Tried loosening the lugs and driving back and forth a few feet. No luck. Soaked them with penetrating oil and used a long handled sledge hammer to beat the heck out of 'em. Success!! Holy crap man....I had this happen before on different vehicles but nothing that a swift kick wouldn't take care of. I put a thin layer of grease where the rotor and wheel meet so hopefully I will not have it quite as bad next time.
