Your 2002 has JTEC stuff...different evap purge solenoid and a different leak detection pump back by the fuel tank. In 2003, they went to the NGC computer setup as well as changed the evap stuff. Let me know if you need any part #s.

I did my swap over a year ago from a 2004 4.7 to a 2005 5.7 and the BIGGEST issue i still have today is that darn throttle...At the time I needed the truck (daily driver) so I just rigged my 4.7 throttle cable to the drive-by-wire unit from the hemi under the battery tray...never had a problem with it so i never fixed it right, now i have problems with it...I didnt read through all 8 pages of your thread so I apologize if it was mentioned already, but what did you do to make that conversion work, besides buying the expensive throttle body conversion kit they make for our trucks? Over the year my throttle cable finally snapped, so I need to fix it asap

You just need the throttle cable that goes form the pedal to the APPS unit. I think the part # is 53032369AB, which can be found here or your local dealer. Might want to try your local dealer and at least confirm the part #. If you need it bad, they will probably be the best place to get it since they'll probably get it in the next day.

IF you can get you're hands on a 04 leak detection pump and evap purge . I think that might make the check engine light turn off. I'll buy it if it's not too much . As for the abs light , I haven't figured that out yet..

Yeah it will run fine with the old evap stuff, but if you want to get closer to turning off the CEL you'll have to upgrade.
For cruise, you'll need that sensor plus the new cruise switches including the extra wire that you need to run through the clockspring and back to the PCM.
Your abs controller just needs reset from the PCM change. With every PCM swap I've done (2002 to 2003, 2003 to 2004, and then 2004 to 2005), my abs & brake light would either blink or blink and ding. Resetting the tire size with superchips turns it off every time.
Yes, I finished the harness and am now running a 2005 PCM with a DSP performance engine & tranny tune. I only have 2 codes for EGR, which will be gone soon with a custom tune.
