Who needs sway bar end links. I took mine off. I have my TB's cranked so my stiffer suspension counter acts body roll

Wait until you have to make a real and instant evasive maneuver, then you'll realize that cranking your TB's isn't the same as a sway bar.

The front sway bar is there for a reason. I personally would never take it off, but to each his own.

YOu would be surprised on how well the truck handles with it off now that it has true independent front suspension. If one wheel hits a bump it just affects that wheel instead of jerking the other side up also. Now it depends on how you drive. If you think your truck is going to take a turn as fast as a car then yes its better to leave it on but once you get used to it, the truck handles alot better IMO. There are ALOT of guys running with them off. In an evasive move, im pretty sure my truck a truck with a lift and sway bar would be in a worse position than me.

Wouldn't removing a sway bar completely cause the truck to need to finish listing over when the wheel is cranked prior to turning?

I don't think I'd like it.

I know it rides better without it. I highly doubt a sway bar was installed by Dodge because folks want to drive their trucks like a cars. They wouldn't have installed it from the beginning and saved tons of money. If you actually had to make a very hard turn either way, to avoid an accident, the sway bar gives you more control. Without a sway bar, you wouldn't be able to handle that type of maneuver as well. I'm not saying either way you wouldn't be in an accident, but I would rather have more control then less in that type of situation when driving a 5,500 pound truck.

I may be reading this wrong but I am not 100% sure what you are asking here haha.

When people put wider wheels and tires on their truck the tire mostly rubs on the sway bar at full turn.

You know how when you go over a speed bump at an angle and the whole truck rocks back and forth pretty harsh?, with the sway bar removed the is none of that and it just glide over the speed bump.

If you don't feel comfortable with out a sway bar then leave it on. You have the luxury of taking it off and putting it back on. I forgot to mention the sway bar off is mostly done by off road guys and pre runners to get better suspension travel.

Question Sway Bar

I understand what u are saying, when i go over a speed bump u rock back and forth. So I am going to take it off to give it a try, but have a question first....I have torsion bars so will that matter and is the sway bar the same as the stabilizer bar?
