I was always a Chevy guy before this Ram, and have lost count but had at least 3-4 of them (myself, not counting work trucks) Two winters ago, we were in Daytona for the 500 and checked out the Dodge display area across from the track and really started looking at the Ram hard for the 1st time.
When I started thinking truck again, I couldn't get Chevy to talk any kind of deal (couple grand off sticker and no financing deals) and ended up with 10k off sticker on the Ram plus 0%. Besides it still makes me mad when I see all the Chevy's around here with peeling paint that went on for years that the factory won't do anything about.

Chevy and Ford, yeah, Dodge not so much. I'm not going to get into it or I'll get a rolleyes from the moderators.

Wow you almost bought a Impala rather then a Ram? The only problem I have with the whole GM thing, is they are an American company. Yeah we can say Ford and Chevy suck, but really we should hope people buy more from the big 3 then Toyota or Nissan.
GM needs to (and should have done so a LONG time ago) consolidate their duplicate brands. How stupid is it to sell a GMC truck and a Chevy truck…when they are the same thing! That goes for the SUV's and cars as well. Frustrating to see a American company fail like that, but I'm sorry I just can't buy an overpriced outdated truck.
