Welcome to the site. So what exactly is your question? How many miles are on the trans and when was the last time you changes all the fluid and filters? With an 05 an at average of 60k it should have been done twice already. Once at 30k and another at 60k

Is that the only symtom? How long has it been that way? Does it change hot or cold? Did you check for codes?
Welcome to DF.

MY question would be what would i look for that would cuase this, I am probably bad for not having the trans fluid changed yet. It seems to have not a whole lot of power and seems to take forever to shift gears running high rpms up to 3500.

this is the only symptom, it has been like this for about a month and a half. It runs like this all the time hot or cold. i have no idioit lights on. Can you still check codes with no lights.

You can still check for codes and there may be some store or maybe not.

You could have something as simple as a leak in the o-ring on the flat filter and losing pressure until a certain amount builds. Go buy you several quarts of AFT4, the correct filters for a 4wd 545rfe trans, some Permatex gasket maker and get out there and change the fluid and filters and see if it helps. You will also need a mechanics pick set (about $10) to get the old o-ring out of the valve body. Do not put the new o-ring on the neck of the flat filter and put it in place. Take something and gently tap the o-ring back up in the valve body first.

Well, if it was mine I would reset the PCM just for sh!tz and giggles, and if that didn't have any effect I be off to the dealer and have them check it out with the star scan, or what ever they are calling it. I would be suspect of the shift soleniod.
