Spark Plugs, Fuel Injectors, or Something Else?

I thought you turn it on, wait for the lightning bolt light to go out, then slowly push the pedal to the floor and slowly let it back up. That's how I always do it.
How many miles you have on it? I would doubt it is the injectors.

Seems like a lot of people think the throttle body may be to blame. I'll get it off there and give it a good cleaning and see if that helps. It doesn't sound like everyone agrees on how to calibrate it though.
