Rotors and pull
I have warped rotors. They're bad! Do warped rotors affect how it drives when you are not on the brakes? When I go around a corner or sometimes even driving my truck is violently shaking. Sometimes it's just the steering wheel, and sometimes it's the whole truck.
Also, the truck has pulled to the right. I got it aligned and it still pulls to the right. I called the guy back at the shop after I got home and he was blaming it on the tires. Is it possible for the stock tires to pull? Would a simple tire rotation fix the issue? Is there a special pattern to rotating the tires?
Thanks ya'll!

NO. Warped rotors effect nothing other than stopping.
Sounds like you might actually have worn tie-rods. When you hit the brakes does the shimmy ease up or is it costantly violent? Rotors are linear, meraning they shake depending on speed. Tierods will shake and then ease up or if your going slow, they don't shake at all.
For ex. If you are diriving at 30mph, you should feel the pulsating effect simmer down as you slow down. Is it a pulsating or is it an arrogant type of jarring/shimmy?
Worn tie-rod ends experience very similar symptoms to that of warped rotors.
This would also expalin why your pulling to the right.

Correct, however. just grabbing onto the tie-rod shows more that the outsides are bad rather than the inners(which almost never get changed unless you swap a rack out) everyone forgets about the inners. Gotta grab the tire and shake Left/right and if the mechanic forgets to lock the steering wheel, he's basically guessing if they are good or bad because there is always going to be play with the steering wheel free. Inners get loose in/out(L/R) which is what causes the tires to shake violently. Outers get loose Left/Right and Up/Down
I'll jack er' up as soon as it quits raining and let you know if the tire wiggles.
I can feel it pull left and right sometimes when i'm just creeping along. The might be the road though. I'm starting to think it's the tie-rods and rotors from what you're saying. Some times it gets really bad when theres a slight curve in the highway, it only does it one way, i forget if it's left or right. The opposite way feels fine.

Jacked er' up and the drivers side outer tie rod was shot. I changed that out and the results are still the same. still pulls right. Still shakes at speed. I'm going to do rotors next. Would it be possible that tires cause it to pull?

The stock Goodyear's are junk. If they are cupped bad or have a start of a belt separation they will pull. Just swap them front to back same side and see if that makes a difference.
Also get your money back on that alignment and go somewhere else that actually will do everything properly. No way they should have missed a bad tie rod end.
