Default Cooling fan issues

Sorry if this has been asked.. Maybe I wasnt wording it right but the internet didnt serve me well.. but the Cooling fan right next to the radiator on the driver side.. never stops running.. It starts up right when the truck is started and I wasnt sure if this was normal or if I should get it checked.. All help is appreciated thanks..

Its an Electric fan btw.. Not sure if that matters..

Thats the AC condenser fan BTW. Even if you have the inside blower fan off, does it still run?

It will run if you have the snowflake switch turned on for the a/c or if you have the control set to floor/defrost or defrost whether the snowflake switch is pushed or not.
These settings turn on the a/c compressor and this requires the condenser fan to run to keep the high pressure under control.
