I did a auto to manual conversion on my 'stang, but not entirely sure about the Ram, since mine was factory 5 speed...but to give you an idea of things at least needed....
1.)5 speed pedal cluster
2.)flywheel
3.)Clutch
4.)Pilot bearing and throwout bearing
5.)Shifter
6.)Clutch cable/Master cylinder, slave cylinder? (Are Rams hydro or cable systems?)
7.)Transmission
8.)Drive shaft/output shaft yoke? (I know on the 'stang the yoke was a different size, was easy to swap...If you need to, might just be easier to find a 5 speed shaft.)
9.)Tuner to tune PCM to knock out auto functions

As I said, this was all pertaining to the stang, so it may or may not apply, but it should give you a general idea of what is needed. Just make sure you have everything before starting it, and it will go smoothly. To give you an idea, it took me and a buddy a full day to convert the 'stang.

Sounds like it's time for another radiator-cap upgrade.

thanks BBT. Rams are hydro clutches, atleast in 3rd gen. That list helps a little it probably wont be much different in the truck vehicles at their basics are the same, i prob. will just drop a junkyard motor from a rolling 5 speed chassis from Collis 4x4's junk yard they think they have one. That will be complete with the ecm and everything so i think i can count out the reflashing. I just hope i dont tear into my truck only to find out its more complicated then the facility im using can handle.
