At this point I may live with how it is (external air always coming in) and wait and see how bad it will be in the winter. I do mostly local driving so hoping the cold air coming in from outside is not too bad and the heater can offset things.
My concern now is worrying about the other blend doors failing since it seems like its just a matter of time. For now they are working and direct the flow as needed (vent, defrost, floor etc)... Always on edge..

 

Always on edge. I hear you. I'm always waiting for the other shoe to drop!! I have owned nothing but Dodge and Plymouth my whole life. (45yrs). That includes Plenty of muscle cars and 5 Rams. I really am getting sick of monthly repairs. Weather I can fix it myself or not, my last 2 Rams (2000, 2006) have been nothing but trouble. I really think my next truck will be GMC. Sorry Dodge, I've had enough!!
