Default 05 to 95 wheels, will it fit?

will the 20" stock wheels off a 2005 ram fit a 1995 sport ram?
both have the 5 x 5.5 bolt pattern but the lugnut size on the 2005 is 9/16th and 1995 is 1/2. could i get around that by using the bolts the truck came with?

I dont see why you could use the lugs off the 95 truck with the 05 rims as long as there is space in the lug wells to spin a socket.

What's that got to do with anything? People change rim sizes all the time. As long as the diameter of the wheel fits in the wheel opening, you are ok. Your speedo might be out, but that's a different story all together.

They will fit. I have seen a lot of the 2nd generation rams with the 3rd gen wheels on them. In fact I sold my stock 20's to a guy with a 97 model.

Yeah I've seen several 2nd gens with the 3rd gen 20's. Just retain the lug nuts and they should bolt right on.

There are one or two 2nd gen's around here with them on them as well. They look kinda strange.
