Default Pressing Brake Kills throttle

Please help. I transplanted a 5.7L hemi from a 2004 dodge ram into a Jeep CJ7 and now after 3000 miles whenever I press on the brake the throttle is non responsive.... If I let off the brake, the throttle comes back. If I reach under the dash and press on the brake switch the throttle works again. How is this possible... I have replaced the brake module twice. Also, whenever this happens the tranny wont shift out of 3rd gear. I get a P0700 code which I understand to be just a general tranny problem. Any help would be apreciated.

J

Sure you don't have a bad ground somewhere and maybe getting feedback somehow?

When you swapped this HEMI over did you use and matching PCM and harness with it also?
