I think it just screws into existing holes with maybe a rubber insulator. I would go look, but I'm under a tornado warning right now!!!

My neighbor has a ram with a oem bug deflector and his has some type of anchor holding it in place. The grille already has the holes but i need the anchors that hold it in place

I just looked thru the Mopar accessories CD and I can't find a separate part number for just the hardware, looks like it only comes with the deflector.

Try calling the dealer, it's a Mopar part or fab something up...

All they are are those plastic screw pressure fittings. They screw right into the preexisting holes under the top panel of the grille. You can get the screws at any hardware store for a couple bucks. I can snap some pictures if needed.

You can find them at Lowed in the hardware section. There are pretty much the same hardware that goes in the lower bumper filler where the tow hooks go

The dealer can obtain the nylon fasteners. I received free replacement under a TSB some time ago. They came in a little baggie.

You will find out that when running around 70 mph and that is ok in some states. that you will hear the trim around the windsheld slap with some bug deflectors.
