Ok guys here we go again i swaped out the 02 to a ome 02 and had the cats replaced but i still get code 0430 cat code wtf ???????? Any ideas keep on mind the truck is all stock only a flowmaster

Are the new cats a high flowing cat? If so, you'd need non-foulers...

Or you could have a cracked pass side exh manifold. You may also just have loose and broken exh manifold bolts. 430 is the pass side just so you know

I have been round and round with the dealership..... First they replaced the cats, it code came back up then they said its the exaust ( i was running tru duals) i changed it , then it was the 02 sencor , i changed it , then it was because i used a after market sencor !!!! Well i changed it to a oem 02 and guess what it still pops up and makes the truck run like $hit !!!!! But what is funny is

That's a downstream sensor (on the passenger side). The PCM makes no changes for a downstream CEL, the only thing that happens is the light is triggered to let you know you have a problem with the cat. There is NO driveability difference whether the CEL is generated or not...

Sounds like the dealership is just throwing parts instead of diagnosing in the hopes that a part will take care of it. Does it have to be at the dealership (Is this under warranty?) or can you find another one.

Yes its still covered, whats funny is when i un plug the down stream o2 the truck runs fine like nothings wrong !!!! But with it pluged in it spits and spudders when it gets into the high gear
