Well I think the 03's like my dad's only had one resonator. It sounded pretty damn good for stock.

 

Yes, my '05 hemi is very quiet, too.

It seems there are some significant diffeences in "stock." My truck wouldn't sound like BlackAcid's "before" clip if I shoved the mic up it. In fact, one of the Dodges I recently heard I liked the best turned out to be a stock, older 4.7, once I got a look at it. I don't want loud, just a little V/8 character.

Still haven't found what I'm looking for...

Mine is an 03 and doesnt have a resonator....They started to add them in 04....

 

My Father-in-law's 03 sounds much better than my 05 and they are both bone stock. I think it's time for the resonator to come off mine.
