Default Power Window Problems And Other Electrical Issues

So I have been having a few minor electrical issues here and there with my 06 Hemi. Small things like the high beams not wanting to come on and having to tilt the wheel up and down to get them to stay on, having the turn signals go crazy every now and then, and the window issue. For a while now the windows have been operating slowly. When I tried to roll both front windows up at once, sometimes they would stop completely or just creep. A couple of times I couldn't get them to roll up. I had to shut the truck off and when I turned the key back on, they rolled up. Today they wouldn't roll up again but I could not to get them to no matter how many times I shut the truck off. I even unhooked the battery to no avail.

On top of this, the engine light came on today. When I unhooked the battery it went out and never came back on. Back in November, the transmission was acting up and the engine light came on. I made an appointment at my dealer and let the truck sit for a few days. Before, it wouldn't shift out of 2nd but when I drove it into town the tranny worked fine. The dealer ran a diagnostic test and found nothing wrong with it and it has worked fine since then.

Seems like this truck has a plethora of electrical issue and it only has 48,000 miles on it. Has anyone else had these issues and if so how did you fix it.

Ahh this is a rather easy fix. had this happen on my dodge, my expedition, my f150 and my wifes beetle always the same thing.

Take your cover off your steering column and there are a bunch of wires that go into the back of the blinker/dimmer switch. They come loose and will only work when you tilt the wheel pushing them back into place. Only once I had to fix a shafted wire that rubbed in 2 at the pivot point.

As for the rest, not anywhere near a dodge, but my wifes beetle had the window issues along shifting and engine lights. needed a new ecu fixed everything.

I would also check the alternator output just to make sure it is up where it should be under load. Not so much for the column wiring issue but for the slow windows and such.
