Yes key is in the ignition. Battery was tested and is fine. Someone said they think the motor seized. Lights and everything works. Not sure at this point.

Ok, take a 21mm socket and a 1/2" breaker bar and put it on the crank bolt on the front of the engine and try to turn the engine over BY HAND both CW and CCW.

NOTE: It will be hard to turn with the spark plugs in. I advise you to remove either all plugs or at least one plug from each cylinder

Ok I will try both of these when I get home and I will let you know. If this is the motor I have already been told that I am looking at about $5,000.00 to fix it. Not sure that I want to do that I may have to sell it as is.

Ok no luck with either one. You can manually turn it. Starter is fine. Next please.

If it isn't locked up but the starter will not engage when the key is flipped then you have an electrical issue. Checking your fuses, all of them. I know fuse 23 on the 04 controls power to the PCM and thus the starter. It could be a fusible link, a bad ignition switch, a bad PCM.

OK. So the fuses and starter are good. The engine isn't locked. But flipping the key gets you nothing. So either no power is getting through the ignition switch, the PCM isn't closing the relay for the starter or the fusible link to the starter is shot.

Either way, you should have downloaded the Service Manual from the links in my signature by now also and should be going through it and the supplied wiring schematics as you know that you have an electrical issue.

Which BTW, im not convinced is related to your original issue.
