yes the compressor kicks in like ever couple of seconds. Gauge bounces when the compressor kicks in and out but I left if there for 20min or so and the can is still full and the gauge still reads all the way past red. Hey kay9 did you lose defrost?

You'll still have heat in the defrost function, if you're using it on a really humid day in the spring--it might take longer to clear the winshield---thats all

Sounds like he has the can hooked up wrong, or didn't get the top pierced with the top attachment.

I don't think you can attach it to the wrong port anymore can you????????

The fact that the compressor cycles indicated that its pulling low enough to trip the low pressure cut out safety.

Hope you get it figured out

Yes you can only hook it up to the low pressure side. I'm just removing it thanks for all the help.

They are def' options i wanted to keep as well but yes the heat/defrost are working just fine.
