Default 2006 Ram starting issues

I have posted something about this, but some things have changed and I would really apriciate some help, as no one can figure it out or what is going on. Several people have looked at it we have hooked it up to a computer and the main thing we get back is it is not getting the proper air/fuel mixture. So here is the problem. The truck is not starting the starter is cranking but it is not turning over. We got it to start the other night by holding the pedal to the floor. Once it is running it is idling higher than it should be, and it is sometimes eratic. We have replaced the coolant temperture sensor, as it was throwing a code that the sensor was bad and the temp gage was not working, which the gage is still not working. Anyways had a guy look at it he said the crank sensor and cam shaft sensor, we replaced that and still same problem, it started a little bit easier but still not like it should. We pulled a spark plug and it was dark, it is getting too much fuel. Have those to replace, haven't yet. I have been told that it could be the IAC or the mas air flow sensor, which I so far have not found it on this truck. It has the 4.7 V8 and help or sugestions would be nice!! We did a intake clean on it, bottom line it is not getting enough air. Help please!!

You do not have a MAF sensor. You have a MAP sensor that uses vacuum to help determine the timing/fuel curve. The IAC could be an issue with the high idle and the no start without pushing on the gas. It really needs to be run with a proper scan tool that will log all perimeters to see what is going on.

Thank you! We just did the scan that checks all the codes and what is going on with the engine. I am going to take it tomorrow to be diagnoised, and hopefully they can figure it out, since it has been scanned and many have looked and it and still no fix.
